How does it work

Order Process

Collection is for wholesale order whereas Stock Sale is instant order for small quantities.In case you are looking for a small and specialized factory we can also produce your design.

Under Collection, we have our latest seasonal catalogues – Autumn Winter 2016/17 and Spring Summer 2016. We do not keep stock of these, so you shall have to place order with us.
Stock Sale is overstock from our previous production runs. Since these are ready to ship articles, and minimum quantity is low; this might be ideal for small shops or resellers.

Once you enter into any of the above catalogues, you can browse through various designs and add the ones you like to ‘Order Bag’. Then ‘Request a Quote’ and we shall get back to you with prices and other information via email.

After the order is finalized, we send you a Proforma Invoice. The typical lead time is four to six weeks, and also depends on order volume. The typical lead time for stock articles is three to seven days maximum. We expect 50% advance before starting the order. The delivery timeline is applicable on receipt of advance.

Once the order is in process, you are more than welcome for quality inspection on site. We also offer you to add your brand/label on the production. The packaging depends upon your requirement.

Our fabric is AZO free and does not contain harmful chemicals. Third party testing certificates for AZO and harmful chemicals for dyes and print are available at extra charges.

We try our best to deliver on time, however sometimes due to reasons and conditions beyond our control there might be some delay in delivery. We keep you informed if such situations arise.

Delivery – Export and Shipping

Depending upon your requirement we take care of delivery to your port of collection. You send in the remaining payment together with cargo and export charges as soon as your goods are ready for delivery. We offer air cargo at competitive rates. There is 3% export charge on your total bill. The final export documents and other details are sent to you via email.

After the goods arrive at your port, you are responsible for collection and incurring expenses at your port like import tax, clearing and agent fees.

Care and Size

Since our garments are handmade there might be some variation in production of same articles. This is typical characteristic of handmade process.
Specific wash instructions are always provided according to fabric of the article. You shall be provided information on this while finalizing your order.
Typically, cold wash our articles separately. In rare occasion there might be slight colour run on first wash. Do not bleach or tumble dry.

Terms and Conditions

The design of our garments can’t be claimed or copyrighted by client, though we offer client’s branding on the production.
The minimum order is 20 pieces per design per colour in varying sizes.
The minimum stock order is 5 pieces per design in available colour and sizes.
Order is not considered valid until 50% advance is received against Proforma Invoice.
The delivery timeline is applicable from the date of receipt of 50% advance.
Goods shall not be shipped without clearing all the dues.
The final quality assurance before shipment is client’s responsibility.
External quality assurance/check and third party testing charges are client’s responsibility.
